I want to havethe first name and last name of the lead owner on the FROM line of the email. I think I need to use 2 tokens (first name/last name to do this,  but that is giving me an error.

Any input?

What is the error you are getting?  Are you using the token picker to add the token to ensure the formatting is correct?

Yes,  I'm dragging the token over from INSERT ELEMENTS,  The error is

"Mkt logic exception }}lead.lead owner last name:default=Broderson}} Token is not a valid token format"

Can you confirm that the token format is:  {{lead.Lead Owner First Name:default=edit me}}

Your example shows the first two brackets being backwards.  Is that an editing error or what it is actually displaying?

Yes,  that is what is displaying.  Attached is a snapshot of the error

Can you send me a link to the email where this is happening?

I removed the tokens in the FROM line for now,  so that I could test,  but here is the email

Click on the email in the tree and then send me the URL in the browser.

Hi Deb,

Go take a look at the email.  I just entered in the two tokens and it seems to have approved.

Thanks,
Cheryl

thanks so much. You are terrific.

The error message seems to show a blank space between the first pair of curly brackets and the word "lead".  I think I've seen this before, so if it occurs again, check for that.
