Forward to a Friend Help

Hi all --

The forward to a friend function is not working for me. I keep receiving this message: ​"Your Contact info could not be validated. Unable to forward to a friend."

I tried it initially in a test, and read through the previous discussions on this board where it's been said that this function will not work in testing. I tried it in a previous email send (actual send, not a test) as well, and I get the same message. 

Any insight on this?
