Forward to a friend formatting issue

We embedded forward to a friend on our email template. We noticed that when you click on it, a web page pops up and the forward to a friend form comes up.  But the fields on the form dont fit within the form correctly.  Anyone else have this issue, and if so, what have you done to remedy it?  Thanks!

Can you provide a screenshot of your issue? Not seeing this personally and I just tested this earlier yesterday.

Hmm, look like it might be a bug...I would send that to Marketo support and they will probably be able to help out. I don't think there's anything specific about your email that is causing that...
