Formula Field Logic

Trying to save a formula field and I am getting this message:

Cannot save rules, check to ensure that all of the choices are valid

Has this happened to anyone before?

As for your question, is the field you are trying to compute a string field? I believe formula fields can only be used to compute on string fields.

I am trying to send a communication with an IF THEN logic.

The logic goes like this:

IF FIELD A = VALUE1 then "TEXT" AND IF FIELD B = VALUE2 then TEXT, ELSE "TEXT"

I may not be using the correct tools to do this. Not sure if formula is the correct way to go here.

You can do this with formula fields, but you could also use a script token, or even a simple choice in a flow step.

Devraj is right it works for string fields only. And also about moving the question to Products.

But if you can provide screenshots, we might be able to help you more.
