Forms Syncing with Salesforce

I am creating a landing page with a form. Is there a way that new leads will sync  into Salesforce via the lead source field already established in Salesforce?

Yes when you create your form add a hidden lead source field prepopulated to the lead source you want. This will sync to salesforce with the lead source you want to use.

You can also add it in the flow steps for the form submission; Change Data Value -> Lead Source is <your value>

This article will walk you through it. It is in the form editor, then you will create the URL in the Landing Page settings.
