Forms bugging and reverting to default langauge I am logged in with?

Am getting a recurrent problem in the forms I create for campaigns that are across multiple geographies, hence multiple languages.  Once published they jump and since my default langauge is French they are appearing in French even on English versions I have created?  Can anyone help to resolve this as I have new forms to create for English speaking sites agian and other languages?

...if you are using dynamic content/segmentation to define the form that shows you will need to update your Marketo record to Q/A here...
