Forms 2.0: What does "if known" mean?

What are the minimum requirements for the custom html to show? Is having an email all that's needed or does it need to be Email, First Name and Last Name?

Is there a way to set these parameters? For example, I only want the custom html to show if I already have a First Name, Last Name, Role, Org name and 5-6 other specific values for that lead.

Hi Lucho,

For Marketo to consider a lead "known," the visitor is to the form is cookied (has provided an email address in the past). As far as I know, I don't believe there is a way to customize the parameters around what is considered a known lead.

Last time I was told that that area is not custom and its going to be just First,Last name only.
I think it's just email is needed, then it will populate first/last name tokens.
