Forms 2.0: unable to submit on IE11/Windows8

Has anyone been able to successfully submit a form (2.0) using IE11/Windows 8?  When the submit button is clicked, it hangs on "Please Wait".  Works fine on IE10 though.

I've been running into issues with older versions of IE as well (our prospects / clients are in the Tax field, so they are generally a bit slow on the technology uptake).  Haven't had any issues with Firefox / Chrome, just certain versions of IE.
