Hi,

Is there a way to use a form created in the Design Studio using Forms 2.0 as a template in various programs (similar to email templates) without using a landing page with it?

You can use the same form on multiple landing pages, whether they're Marketo or not. You just need your associated trigger campaign to specify the "Web page" constraint.

If you mean can you use the same design, but change the fields and such... no, I don't believe that's possible. It might be doable with javascript, but I'm not positive.

You can also just clone the form and edit the fields. That allows the design to stay the same, but you have flexibility in fields and form dimensions. Although it's always good to use a global form whenever you can - less to manage.
