Forms 2.0 Issues

Is anyone having difficulty with forms 2.0? I am attempting to edit the select values on a field and it won't let me change the default yes,no... I have a case open but am going on 24 hours without a response- hopng the community can help!

Hi Valerie,

I have taken ownership of the support ticket that you had open. In this case, it seems like the label for the field that you were trying to edit was empty. This then created an issue on the backend with the ability to edit the values. 

Once a value was placed on the Label and then removed, the system was able to recognize what was happening and then allowed me to be able to edit the files.
