i need to add a new field if option x is seleced from the previous field.  then if y is selected in the new field, then pop up another field.  possible?  Thanks.

Hi Sherin,

This sort of interactivity isn't yet possible with Marketo forms out of the box. (some can be done with javascript trickery if you happen to have a developer handy). That said, this is a very popular request among other Marketo users, and in fact an overhaul of the Forms feature is the most popular idea on the community. You can vote for it to be made into a feature here: http://community.marketo.com/MarketoIdeaDetail?id=08750000000HvnEAAS
