Form won't display on an approved landing page

We have a landing page that has been approved, the live page is displaying the form correctly however, when we to edit the landing page the form doesn't display in the editor. Any ideas on why the form isn't displaying?

Is there any javascript on the page?
This might be best resolved by logging a case with support.
