Form with no email address

Hi there! We embed marketo forms to our CMS which is Contentful. We are looking to remove email address field on the form since we already know who the person is from a lead nurture email. How does Marketo append to the same/existing record if we aren't asking for email address on the form?

Have you seen this blog post published by @Sanford Whiteman ? Auto-submitting a form for Known Visitors. This should give you the information you're looking for.

    Keep in mind that people forward emails to their friends/colleagues. That can cause form submissions from others to be incorrectly attributed to the original recipient of the email and since you aren't collecting email address visibly, the people with the forwarded copy have no idea they're doing this.
