Form resubmission not redirecting to confirmation page

Hi everyone,

I'm dealing with an instance where a Marketo form stops redirecting to confirmation/thank you page once that form had already been submitted once (by browser instance). Instead, the submitted form fields are being appended to the landing page URL.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Adding a cookie time out?
