Form responses

Where do you view responses to a form?  For the life of me I can't figure it out.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi Steph,
You have a coupel options here:
1. You can create a Smart List with the "Fills out Form" filter. Then, while viewing the leads, you can create a custom view (https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L6YkCAK) and just display the fields that were on the form. This will create a list of all leads that filled out the form and the values that they have for the fields on the form

2. On a lead by lead basis, you can double click on the "Filled out Form" activity in the lead's activity log. This will display the values that the lead filled out.

    I create a campaign that has the filled out form trigger, and a flow sending an email alert of who filled out the form as another option to what Will mentioned above.
