Form - Required Field problem

I have a form where I have a check box field that should NOT be required but is displaying as required on my landing page.  How do I fix?

Please post a screenshot of the form setup showing the field isn't required -- and remember to reapprove your LP if you recently made this change.

First the set up in Marketo - it is not checked.  Second is the form.  Its not a marketo LP, just the form there.

Hmm... can you post a URL where this form is embedded?  Also, try checking, approving, unchecking, and approving `Is Required`... not that I've seen this happen but it stands to reason that something is up with the form config that might be cleared up by resaving.
