Form/Program Performance

We have recently switiched over to embeded forms on our website. Because they don't sit on a LP we are not able to see views and converstions (we can get from GA) in Maketo analytics.  So I would like to see members by month by program.  We are not using cost period therefor cannot run monthly reports be program. Any suggesstions?

If you have RCE, you can use Program Member Analysis and use Month of Memberhsip and statuses.

Cost period is irrelevant here.
