Form Notification

Hi Taylor,

You'll want to have a smart campaign setup in your Marketing Activities section.  You'll use a Fills Out Form trigger in the Smart List tab of the campaign, and you can choose a specific form, or use the Is Any option in the trigger's drop down to trigger off of all forms.  In the Flow tab of the campaign you'll use a Send Alert flow step, and choose which email you want to be sent when the campaign is triggered.

The email can contain tokens like {{lead.First Name}} for lead information, or {{trigger.trigger name}} to get the name of the form they filled out.  You can see all of the available tokens you can use in your alert email here. https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Tokens+Glossary

Once all that is done, you activate the campaign on the Schedule tab, and you'll start getting alerts for your form fill outs.
