Form not displaying correctly in IE9

Has anyone else experience this? The form on my landing page looks fine in all other browsers, except IE9. The fields are all over the landing page, not on the right hand side.

Should be an easy fix. It looks like the width on your labels, fields, or complete form object is too narrow.

Try making the form object on the page a bit wider.

If you can provide the URL of the page I can take a stab at checking what the code of the rendered page looks like.
