Form is not where it should be on the landing page

I clone a form and the registration page for an event. When I approved the page, the form is on lower side of the page. I tried dragging the form on the element into a higher space in the template and it moved to the center of the page. 

Any idea why it is not on the upper left of the page, when I copy + paste html and clone everything?
