Form is not rendering on Mkto LP properly

Hi,

I have a form with bunch of fields so I'm trying to have 2 fields on 1 row.

The width of the form on LP is 800pxs with 20 pxs on the left, and the field lavel is 101 pxs, and the field itself is 150 pxs. However, the form is not rendering as I set up in the form builder.

Also, for some fields, the field label is sitting RIGHT side of the field... There's no custom CSS for this form. I don't quite understand what's causing this issue...
