Form integration in Custom Designed form with JTransform JQuery Input Fields?

HI All,

I need to integrate custom designed landing page with jQuery jTransfrofm fields.
I don't want to simply drag & drop the form. I want to integrated from source code in Marekto.
Can anyone help?

You can start a landing page from default "blank template", drag and drop the HTML block and paste the entire code.
(Design Studio - New - New Landing Page Template)

Please keep in mind all custom code must be HTML or JavaScript/jQuery.
Design Studio will mark other language tags such as PHP as comments.

I tried this way but I am getting form submission report on the blank page & not on the new landing page. Also i have to keep two landing pages then. Is there other way for doing this?
