Form in Pop-up

Hi,

I have created a form and I want that to be added as a pop-up in the email. Its a pre-population enabled form. When the user fill in the details and click on submit the form has to close. Is there a way to achieve it.

No. A pop-up within an email client is impossible. You'd give them a clickable link to your LP with the form.
