Form follow up page not working on Chrome

Hi there,

I have a random issue, it doesn't happens with every form/lp but it does happens with Google Chrome desktop ONLY randomly. If the Follow up page is not form defined, after submission it satys on page. If I clone the form and replace it problem fixed, if I don't use .html at the end, no problem.

Any ideas?
