Form fill out report discrepancy

Hi,

I've been noticing some discrepancies between (local) form fill out reports and the amount of program members. I attached two screenshots that show that the form fill out report says 7 fill outs, but a smart list I created says there is only one lead that meets the criterion "filled out (local) form".

Does anyone have any idea what the cause of this can be?

Are the leads that filled out the form -- for example, test leads -- still present in your database? The statistics page is incremented but never decremented.

I can only see 1 test lead still present in the database but I'll ask my colleague if he filled out the form more than one time with the same email address. It would count these as separate form fill outs right?

That's correct, those will be different fillouts from the perspective of the Statistics page.
