Form fields to customize emails

Hi,

We have an event coming up on multiple days.  I have the form set up for the Lead to select they date they are attending.  How do I then find that information to trigger an event email reminder based on the date they RSVPd for?  The Filled Out Form trigger in a smart campaign doesn't have the option to Add a Constraint on the form field.  Do I need to have that field set a property in CRM on the Lead?  If so, how do I do that?

Hi Kristen,

You can use a smart list with a filter for that field, and enter the date value that you want to send a reminder for.  That will show you everyone in your database that has that specific value in the field, and you can then use that list in a smart campaign.
