Form Fields

We are currently using a landing page/form as a way for our guests to check in/register at an event.  We noticed that then the form is submitted and refreshes, the field sets contain the information previously entered.  Is there anyway to clear out the field set after each submission?  We prefer if this could be automatic and not a manual process.
