Form Date Question

Hi,

We are looking to do a form for campus visit days where the student selects the day/time they want, excluding today's date, and ideally where the form automatically updates the dates each day.  We also need to exclude Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional exclusion of dates during the week (for holiday closures).  Is this possible?
