Form Conversion Report

I am trying to run a report that shows me the total number of times a single member filled out our form(s).  I was able to build conversion report that shows me the total number, but I cant drill down to see who it was.

We have over 200 form programs and I would ideally like an easy way to export or view total submission (conversions) and see, by member, how many times the each form was submitted.

Anyone have any suggestions?

We have RCA, but we don't know how we would run this report. Do you have a doc on how to create this report?

There isn't a report that will show you all of that in a tabular form. However, you can get that information by running a series of smart lists. You can also add a constraint on the number of times a form has been filled out.
