Form Analytics

Hi community!

I am looking for a report where I can find all forms that have been submitted in the past X number of days. I want to see which forms are actively being used.

I can do a report on landing page performance but not forms. Has anyone done this? If so, please share.

Not sure you can do this in a way that would allow you to actually see a list of Forms. You could constrain a report by Form IS ANY in Past X Days, but that won't show you want you want.

One workaround: create smart list for count of leads submitting each of the suspected top 5-10 forms.

With lead performance report you can add custom columns based on smart lists.  So the report would show a count of leads per form for each column.  

Alternatively, you can download list of conversions in last x days and within Excel match each page to the proper form.  When you click on a form you can see the list of landing pages using it, so this isn't as daunting as it sounds.
