Forcing forms to populuate SalesForce data?

So, I'm new to Marketo.  I'm trying to make sure that a form (example - Company Name) is automatically populating the data we have in SalesForce. 

Problems that I'm running into:

- The cache of the person receiving the e-mail will show a different company name if pre-fill is selected.
- Autofill e-mail seems to be working but, we have several contacts with the same e-mail address at multiple companies.

As such, I'm hoping there is a way to "force" a form to display only the data we have in SalesForce.  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks!

i had similar issues with forms on our page. from what we were able to figure out was that you aren't able to sync the data to the salesforce data. You could do a sign up with Linkedin form as well.
