what does this error mean and how can I correct? Is it a SFDC issue? Thank you

Daisy,

Did you have advanced setup rules in the SFDC campaign?  You can't have SFDC advanced setup rules and a campaign that is linked between SFDC and Marketo.

If you're not sure of the answer - open the campaign in SFDC and click on advanced setup to see if anything is showing up.
