Floating Logos in Email Template When Delivered To Inbox

Hi--if anyone has any advice, we would greatly appreciate it.

My company has  a daily newsletter email. When the email is delivered via a campaign, the top-right logo becomes distorted and expands across the entire header. Some recipients experience this, while others don't (even when using the same email client and browser).The same is true for the image logos located in the footer area. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Please see attached screenshots of the distorted logos.

One thing to look into is to see if the html has dimensions defined for the images. It could be rendering at the original size/expanding based on what it was coded for.
