Fix this Jive (Community) bug: URLs in code are hyperlinked

After the latest Jive upgrade, which otherwise made some major improvements w/r/t posting and highlighting code in Community posts, there was one significant regression.

When you include a URL in code (as in the example below, an attribute in highlighted HTML) it gets turned into a hyperlink. This is wrong. Code should be treated as preformatted text. It's not meant to be used for navigation, and the hyperlinking disrupts the ability to present users with clear code for their use.
