I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you looking to add your Programs to the Marketing Calendar? Or are you trying to run a report of all Programs within a fiscal year?

I would like to have my fiscal calendar available for reporting in RCE. The default time frame for reporting seems to be calendar year. I would imagine I would have to set that up somehow, but I cannot find any documentation.

There's really no way to customize this within RCE - would love to see it.  Especially for a company like ours who have a fiscal year from Sept 1-Aug 31 (not even on calendar quarters)!  We have a standard set of monthly and quarterly reports that are run on the first of the month following the reporting period.  And we just define the timeframe as "prior 1 month" and "prior 3 months" respectively.
