First Name, Last Name Return HTML Message

Hello! This is the current custom HTML return message I'm getting for my visitors who return to a form that they've already filled in. Does anyone have any idea as to why the person's actual first and last name aren't displaying on my landing page? Thank you!

The tokens should have a space between First/Last and Name.  So they should look like this:

{{lead.First Name}} and {{lead.Last Name}}

I just found out that this is a bug that has been happening this week. I have filed a support ticket.
