First Interaction - SQLs

Wondering if anyone has tried pulling this report before. We're wondering if there's a way to pull a report showing leads that are currently SQL and their original first engagement with us. I've been able to pull a smart list by Acquisition Program and stage, but this doesn't truly show the first engagement with us, as many of these leads could have been imported from lists. We want to know the first email they clicked on/ad they came to. Are there any fields we could use for 'first activity" or "first behavior"?

Are you using Lead Status to track SQLs? If so, you can pull that from the CRM or from the Leads by Status report. You could then add the first touch as a field, assuming you are already tracking that.

Some firms use a "First Touch" and "Last Touch" field that fills in the SFDC Campaign ID# or name and then you can report on that. You could also pull an SFDC Campaign Report.

If you are using RCA, the Program and Opp Analyzers will show the first touch and subsequent touches.
