Finding / Creating ActivityTypeIDs for Custom Activities?

Adding a custom activity says to include the ID of the ActivityType.

http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/add-custom-activities/

lol, what does that mean? There's no link to where to look up or create those activity types.
