Filters that don't seem to work

Hi,

Does somebody know why when I set as filters company name = Royal Bank of Scotland OR email contains @rbs.com, I get for instance a lead with home as company name and a gmail address (with not even r - b -s letters in it). Is it because this lead previously worked for RBS or previously had a rbs address? This doesn't happen all the time and numbers are always very low but I'm still wondering why...

Perhaps better to call support as they can look into your specific instance.

Often time if you're using contains there can be some correct but unexpected behavior.

E.g. Title contains "CTO" will match "Director"

Charlie's advice is good though, support can help you figure it out.
