Filtering Out Similar Names from Salesforce

Creating a Smart List, filtering down my SFDC leads. Problem I'm running into is where I'm trying to remove hundreds of locations of a chain of stores - for example, all Sherwin Williams stores. Each has their own account, "Sherwin Williams #XXXX". However, when I try to filter, it won't let me do as in Salesforce where I can just say "does not contain Sherwin" - each time I do this, it grabs a specific listing.
Is there a syntax I'm missing just to have it grab all things that contain the same word?
