Filter Revenue Cycle Analytics Reports Crunching Too Much Data

Hi,

I'm trying to create an email performance report using Revenue Cycle Analytics. Every time I put in filter "does not contain" the system will show an error saying there is too much data crunching and advise me take off the filter. But I have to use "does not contain" filter on email address to eliminate our internal contacts.

Is there any way I can work around this in Revenue Cycle Analytics? I know I can manually go into each instances and use smart lists from normal Analytics but that's way too complicated and repetitive. In desperate need for help on this!

Thanks!
Jeanine

Jeanine, I don't know of any workaround to this, but I would contact the support team to see if they have any tips to fix the latency.

The best way is to start off with a small amount of data set, like today for emails sent today only and let that run. Once its rendered you can look to expand your date range.

Depending on your query, what exactly are you using on your filters?

Thanks Edward. I will definitely try this method you mentioned. I'm using email address not contains certain keywords filter to get rid of our internal email opens and clicks..
