Filter Performance Program Report by date

It would be great if there would have an option to filter the Performance Program Report by date.

At the moment, Marketo Support says there is no way to set dates regarding this specific report if there is no cost tag on it, which means that we can use the filter "Period Cost" and set the dates on it, but if there is no cost tag in the program, it won't work even if you select this filter and set the dates up.
