Filter a Smart Campaign on Progression Status

Why am I no longer able to filter by Progression Status in a Smart Campaign? I used to pull in the Member of Program filter and add the constraint of Progression Status. However, that doesn't appear available anymore.

I am trying to ensure that those registered for an event (Registered Progression Status) do not receive our invitaitons anymore. How else can I go about doing this?

A few releases ago we renamed Progression Status to Program Status.  You should see this in the Add Contstraint.
