Filled Out Form Report in RCE

Has anyone been able to successfully generate a report in RCE which calculates the number of people who filled out each form as well as which form got the most number of leads? What I am trying to retrieve is a report with contact names as well as the name of the form submitted across different programs in Marketo. Is this possible to do in one report?

Our forms are associated with specific programs, which are synched to SFDC campaigns.  I just generate a SFDC Campaigns with Campaign Members report with those that responded via those forms.

Bogdan are you looking to specifically compare the results of forms, ie the idea number of questions?  Or are you wanting to see the results of pages+forms?
