Fill out particular field in form

I have a form that I use on my Download Case Study Pages. One of the fields on that form (that is NOT required) is 'Would you like to request a demo?". Is there a way that I can set up an alert when someone has filled in THAT particular field (as opposed to just filling out that form)?

Use the "Data Value Changed" trigger, select your field, and then the constraint New Value = TRUE. Then go to the flow steps to set up your alert.

You could also add a filled out form filter=formname along w the trigger Jason mentioned

@Taylor and you probably should, just in case there's any other way that field could be changed, which would put any lead where that happens through this particular smart campaign. Good catch :)
