Fields missing from Export Field Names spreadsheet

We've added a number of custom fields on both the lead and company level, but 2 are not appearing in the Export Field Names spreadsheet (ADMIN - Database Management - Field Management - Export Field Names). Has anyone else experienced this issue? We need to write to these fields using the REST API, but i would like to confirm their api names before moving forward on my project.

You should use Describe Lead and Describe Company to determine field names and datatype.  Which particular fields are you missing ad what types are they?
