Fields Management Lead view

Hey guys
When adding new fields into the 'lead view' I can only add my new created field into the custom tab. 
Is that how it is? 

How do I re-orgnise existing fields in for example the 'lead info' and the 'company info'

I don't believe you can edit the other tabs in the Lead Details page.  In Admin > Custom Layout Designer, you can add fields from these tabs to the Custom tab to make the information easier to find.
