Field Suggestion Upon Entry?

I just registered for a Marketo webinar http://pages2.marketo.com/MFM-Jun2013.html
and when you type in a company name and hit enter, it then pops up with choices of companies. 

this is a great feature for ensuring your company names for leads are as normalized as possible. 

Does anyone know how this is implemented?

It's provided by a third party called Reachforce. It's a great feature an really easy to implement. You should check it out. Stefani

ReachForce SmartForms. We use it on our site and love it. They also have an AJAX version that displays the company names as you type. Check out our page here: http://www.pedowitzgroup.com/solutions/revenue-marketing-cloud/reachforce/

We're looking into this as well.  I have a question for anyone that's using it.  How well does it do with identifying companies that are based in other countries?
