Field not available in form

Hi, we used to use a text field in our old contact form before we started using Marketo. I'd like to use it in our Marketo forms now and in the field management the text field is visible/synced. However, if I want to add it to our form, I can't find it. Anyone has an idea why this is?

You could just create a new custom field, and map the new field to the form field.

What is the name of the field?

Is it Description or Person Notes? I think Marketo blocked that because it is risky to display those back to the user because most users weren't unchecking prefill and Salespeople have a tendency to put their comments in that box.

Also in the Form field selection, you have to type the first name of the field; it won't pick up if you type the second name in.

Person Notes... I went through all of the available fields and it is not there. But it makes sense that they are blocked. Is there a work around to use them and make sure that they don't prefill?

You could just create a new custom field, and map the new field to the form field.

Thanks! I created a new field and actually update the person notes with a batch campaign.
