All, 

I am trying to map a couple custom fields (from Marketo) into Salesforce.com. Does anyone have a for dummies gudie to that effect?

I'd open a support ticket to request these to be synced to Salesforce

Is this the initial sync or adding new custom fields post-sync?

Post sync. I have 4 custom fields that are currently in use right now. I wanted to ensure that my Marketing team understood how to use these fields properly before I mirrored them in SFDC. Now that they have, I want to have these fields mirror into custom fields in SFDC.
